Once you've decided on your order, email us directly with the products you wish to purchase and the quantities required.
02. Order Details
Once we receive your enquiry, we will reply to with: an order confirmation, total amount due, bank transfer details and any additional information relating to your order. Payments must be made by bank transfer only within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation. See FAQs for more information.
03. Offline Payment
Orders will only be processed and prepared for once cleared payment has been received. If payment is not received within 24hrs, your order may be cancelled and stock released. See FAQs for more information.

Delivery
We only post UK Mainland. All orders are posted using Royal Mail. Orders by 2pm are dispatched same working day. Orders paid after 2pm are dispatched next working day. You should received you order within 1-3 days - although this is not guaranteed. We do not provide tracking.
Payments
Payments must be made within 24 hours of the order or your order will be cancelled. Payment is via bank transfer only.
Please do not use any terms or reference when paying by bank transfer such as "steroids" or "supplements", "testosterone" etc. Only use your Order Number as reference that we will provide in confirmation email. If you use an inappropriate reference, your order will not be posted and you will be banned.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds unless there is a problem with the order which is our fault, such as packing an incorrect item.
